Rising music artist and U.S. Marine veteran Baba Tray has released his latest single, “Fasho Ya Right,” a motivational anthem that blends introspective lyrics with a cross-genre sound aimed at personal growth and resilience.

While born in Tampa, Baba Tray chooses to represent the Marine Corps over his hometown, citing a lack of local support. His music journey began with classical piano, and he later merged those musical foundations with modern hip-hop and pop to create what he calls a “cross-wave” sound.

Inspired by Lil Wayne’s lyrical intelligence and Bob Marley’s unifying spirit, the artist focuses on using music as a vehicle to empower and enlighten. “I’m usually dropping gems and knowledge to improve the listener’s life,” he said.

“Baba Tray” reflects that mission—delivering lines that emphasize self-awareness, emotional balance, and high-vibrational living. The track is a response to the noise of modern life, offering clarity and drive to fans.

With support from music strategy firm UEDMG, Baba Tray is preparing to expand his audience through intentional collaborations and strategic releases. When asked about future goals, he noted: “Real and genuine connections with creators so that we can breed more creators.”

His message remains consistent: Integrity, confidence, and evolution—both for himself and his listeners.
