If you didn’t plan to go out late tonight, Max Styler’s EP “Need You Tonight” makes a strong case for not going.

Now out on Patrick Topping’s Trick label, the two-track EP condenses Styler’s current focus on club music into a small package. Over the past few months, both songs have become regulars in his DJ sets, most notably when he played at Coachella’s Do LaB stage last month.

“Need You Tonight,” the title track by Ňsé, uses futuristic tech house sounds and is based on a steady industrial beat and loud synth stabs. It has a darker color and was made to be used during busy times.

The second one, “Let Go,” has a slight acid edge that is driven by tight synth work that cuts through the mix nicely. The producer from the EDM.com Class of 2025 has grown as an artist so far, as shown by the way the track is built.
